See a Victory

Yeah, it's been a few months since I posted, but oh the posts that are about to come from this latest journey. In trying to keep them short (I know right...) and not too long, my goal is two posts a week. One will have a scripture and one a song....because those have been mainstays for me during this latest time. I'm open to God changing it up as He needs to.....so I'm staying open. At some point, there will be a really long post with more of the details of the last journey, but for now, I want to focus on truths I learned during it and what God taught me. This song!!! First off if you have never heard it, take a moment, and listen. If you have heard it, take a minute and pay attention to the lyrics.  I don't know what your weapon is right now, but God does. We are so quick to quote Isaiah 54:17, but read verse 16 and remind yourself who is really in charge of things. Psalm 91:1 is closely tied to these two verses as well....when we remain in Him, we are protected. No, it doesn't mean the weapons won't form, it doesn't mean we won't have those moments when the enemy throws a dart at you and tries to take you out....but don't let it. I've seen God take what the enemy meant for evil one too many times and turn it for good, to believe He's stopped working now. Hear my heart....the One who calls you is faithful and He will do it. Press into His presence regardless of what the battle at your door is. Distractions are from the enemy and are meant to steal your focus...(hello that's what he does...he's come to steal, kill, and destroy).

For in His presence, you will start to see things the way God sees them.....and you can stand on the truths of His word regardless and know that the victory you see in the spiritual will come to pass in the natural.
